The project was executed as a complete process, covering engineering, design, manufacturing, testing, and delivery of steel pipe bridges. The scope began with detailed engineering and 3D modelling, supported by laser scanning and geometry verification to ensure precise integration with existing facilities. Manufacturing included welding, blasting, painting, trial assembly, and full installation of pipelines and cable trays, followed by hydraulic pressure testing to confirm structural integrity and system performance. All units were fully assembled, inspected, and prepared off-site before transport. Upon delivery, the structures were ready for immediate installation, ensuring a smooth handover and reliable integration into the production facility.
