Cooling containers

The project consists of three 40 feet and one 20 feet containerized cooling units. They were delivered as a turnkey engineering and manufacturing process, covering design, structural modification, assembly, and preparation for installation. The work started with 3D scanning, and design of a dedicated steel structure to ensure precise alignment and supporting of pipes and heavy equipment. Fabrication activities included welding, blasting, painting, and full customization in line with ROCKWOOL AS requirements, followed by non-destructive testing and installation of cable trays, electrical systems, insulation, and cladding. Pumps, heat exchangers, tanks and pipes were assembled and pressure tested. The completed containers were prepared for transport and delivered ready for integration into the existing production line.
